Galvanic treatment plants

We elaborated control system for galvanic treatment plant in automatic mode, manual mode and treatment plants, which work periodic. Modern control system was based on PLC with integrated color operational panel for production process visualization and devices controlling.
System is flexible for adjust to individual application. There is possibility of data exchange between treatment plant and galvanic line control system. Production reports are available.
Treatment plant control system main functions:
- control of all devices (pumps, feeders, etc.) in manual mode,
- control of treatment plant in automatic mode,
- reading and displaying sensors and executive elements state,
- measure and displaying pH and Redox values in reactor tanks and liquid level in all tanks,
- optical and sound notification of chosen situations (for example alarms, end of reaction etc.),
- supervision on devices work- fault detection and proper reaction on it (process stop, report display, sound notification),
- service set-up (after password confirmation),
- parameters set-up of devices work, level sensors and chemical gauges calibration, times, pH and Redox levels for particular stages of reaction,
- communication with galvanic line control system,
- parameters registration and reporting.
