We specialized in modernization control systems for packing machines. Mostly, modernization encircle mounting of servomechanisms in machine mechanical system. We eliminate unprofitable issues, which appear in cam mechanisms or in continuously variable transmissions. We also use PLC with operational panel, which gives access to major number of functions.
Our software controls machine in automatic or manual mode, contains others standard functions (alarms system, service mode, etc.) and gives possibilities to define recipes, which contains work parameters. Besides that it is able to generate production reports on the separate PC or in PLC memory and remote access via modem or Internet.
