We elaborate and implement control system for palletisers, which are used to automatic placing bags, packs, cartons, etc. on palettes. Application automatic palletization eliminates manual loading and allows to handle with package with weight over 25 kg.
In application with the highest efficiency, we achieve 50 pallets per hour production. Palletizer control system has functions such as management of transporters, which delivers product to the machine (buffering, bags orientation, dosage); roller transporter system, which transports loaded pallets; automated pallet feeders.
